Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance

Third Party Report Submittal

Reports, deficiencies, and doucmentation related to the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection and life safety systems must be submitted to the Central Valley Fire District. Staff within the Community Risk Reduction division will review, follow up, and assist property owners in resolving any issues noted to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of fire protection and life safety systems. The district has partnered with a third party service provider, Inspection Reports Online (IROL) to assist us in this. The process for submitting reports to our office is simple, and staff is always willing to help. You can get your reports to us in three easy steps:

  1. Business or property owners can utilize the fire and life safety service provider of their choice to conduct Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance to their fire and life safety systems.
  2. The Service provider registers (If not already) and submits a report to the Central Valley Fire District through IROL.
  3. The report is then reviewed by representatives of the district, and assistance in following up with the business or property owners as necessary.

If you need assistance along the way, you can reach out to the team at IROL, or at Central Valley Fire District for additional help, we would be glad to assist you.
